Muscadet 'Vieilles Vignes', Domaine de Presbyteres

Old vines are rare in Muscadet, where the plant is usually ripped up well before its thirtieth birthday. Lucky that Nelly Marzellau has some then as they produce Muscadet as you've never seen it before. Lime flowers on the nose with a many-layered yet subtle palate with more lime and lemon fruit, lots of minerality and a softness given by lees ageing.
